Amura Hotels, through www.amurahoteles.com, makes available to their potential clients, information and services such as on-line room reservations, reservations for our restaurants, salons and meeting rooms, photo gallery and Customer Service (hereafter known as Services).

The User shall not use this Site for illegal purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations, or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
2.2 Amura Hoteles, in its quest to achieve better agility and dynamism in the function of www.amurahoteles.com and its Services offered to and for the benefit of the User may, unilaterally at any time and without prior notification, modify the Services offered or any other aspect of the Site, including the operating or technical conditions of same. Amura Hotels and its Users submit to the Judges and Tribunals of the city of Madrid (Spain) for the resolution of any conflict or controversy arising from use of this Site with respect to its validity, execution, fulfillment or total or partial resolution.
